I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

Un par de notas honestas e importantes bro: 🤝
- Los tiempos de envío: esta política habla de devoluciones, pero asegúrate de tener TAMBIÉN una página de Shipping Policy que diga claro que el envío tarda 1-2 semanas (porque viene de AliExpress). La transparencia ahí te evita la mayoría de disputas.
- Sobre las devoluciones físicas: ojo bro, esta política dice que el cliente debe regresar el producto a una dirección para el refund. En dropshipping esto es complicado porque no tienes bodega y el producto viene de China. Muchos dropshippers en la práctica ofrecen reembolso SIN pedir el producto de vuelta (sale más barato que pagar el envío de regreso). Piensa cómo vas a manejar esto realmente para que tu política coincida con lo que harás. Si prometes algo, cúmplelo. 🛡️
- El correo: te recomiendo revisar ese Gmail seguido (o conectarlo a Shopify) porque en este nicho la gente escribe bastante, y responder rápido genera confianza y evita disputas/chargebacks. 📧
